GLASS CUTTING

We offer precise cutting services to customize flat glass sheets according to your needs. Whether you require straight cuts or curved cuts on flat glass, we have the expertise to deliver. Our cutting processes utilize advanced machinery as well as skilled manual techniques to ensure accuracy and quality.

EDGE WORK

Polishing is crucial to handle unfinished sheets of cut glass with sharp edges. Due to safety reasons, manufacturers commonly trim sharp edges to make them safer to work with. We provide: Flat Polish :Flat polished edges are by far our most popular choice of edgework, aside from the simple seamed edge. This polish is made by grinding down the edges of the glass and then buffering them to leave a clear finish. All of this is done on our edger Bevel : A Sleek for decorative users The term “beveled” refers to a glass that has its edges cut and polished to a specific angle and size in order to produce a specific elegant look. This process leaves the glass thinner around the edges, while the large middle portion remains the normal glass thickness. Mitre: Mirered Edge For Creating a hardware-free corner Our mitered glass is made using the same edger as our Flat Polished glass. We are able to make miters from 0° to 45°.

FABRICATION

Forvet is a Water Jet machine with diamond tools that is capable of drilling, countersinking, and milling operations on glass that is between 4mm-12mm thick. This completely automatic system controls the glass transport feed, drilling speed, and water quantity and adjusts the drill height to compensate for wear and tear without any manual intervention.

TEMPERING

Tempered glass or toughened glass (high-strength glass) is made of high-quality float glass that is heated and processed by thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength as compared to normal glass. When broken, tempered glass is to crumble into small chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards which is relatively harmless. Comparing to float or annealed glass, the impact resistance is 3-5 times. Tempered glass is used in those environments where human safety is prioritized.
