Customer Own Glass - Polish / Temper Services

Terms and conditions

  1. We can offer polish / tempering services for 5mm, 6mm ,10mm and 12mm thickness only due to machine settings for our regular production routine.

  2. We will not accept chips or scratches on glass which may break glass on polish or tempering station

  3. We will not take liability for any broken glass in our premises because glass breakage is normal in glass manufacturing plants.

  4. We recommend not to polish tempered glass, if we polish your tempered glass, we polish maximum 2 times on each side.

  5. If your glass is breaking on our station, there will be extra labor charges for machine cleaning depends on how long it is taking to clean.

  6. The customer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the quality and condition of the glass that they provide for polishing or tempering. The business will not be held liable for any defects or damages to the glass that may occur during the polishing or tempering process.

  7. The customer agrees to inspect the glass for any visible defects or damages before submitting it for polishing or tempering. Any defects or damages that are discovered after the glass has been submitted will not be the responsibility of the business.

  8. The customer agrees to pay the full cost of the glass polishing or tempering services as outlined in the business's price list or quotation. Payment must be made in full before the glass is released to the customer.

  9. The customer acknowledges that the glass polishing and tempering process may result in minor scratches, chips, or other cosmetic imperfections on the glass. The business will make every effort to minimize these imperfections, but cannot guarantee that the glass will be completely free of them.

  10. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the business, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the use of the polished or tempered glass.

  11. The customer acknowledges that these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the business, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
